Are you a trader or manufacturer?

We are wooden door manufacturer, owing two factories located in Shanghai and Jiangxi. Established in 2008, we have transitioned from wood door material supplier to having two wooden door factories and about 120 skilled workers. Please contact us for more information.

When did your company establish?

Since 2008, we have been in door industry business for 18 years.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes, welcome to visit our factory. We will pick you up at Shanghai Airport or the railway station.

How about your after-sale service?

We guarantee our customers a one year warranty, and will provide lifelong service before and after sale.

What’s your duty time?

Beijing time 8:00-18:00 Monday to Saturday

When can I expect to receive a respond to my inquiry?

Within 12 hours during non-duty time, and 1 hour during duty time

Do you support customization?

Yes, customization is acceptable, including styles, materials, sizes, patterns, finishes, colors, packaging and logos.

What’s the package of products?

EPE and cartons in each product, and wood pallets or wood frames for 10-20 pcs.

What’s MOQ?

Flexible order quantity.  For best protection of the doors, they are normally shipped by full container.

What’s delivery time?

Around 20-60 days depending on different products.

Are there certificates for your products?

TRIPEAK holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC Certificates, and other certificates are continually acquired.

What’s sample fee? And sample time?

The sample is about 70-150 USD, sample fee will be returned after the order is confirmed. Sample time is around 7-15 days.
